Yes. Everything in Prisons and Skyblock can be played for free. The Coin Store is optional and helps keep the network running.

Type /prisons or /skyblock to travel, and /hub to return to the lobby. You can also use the server selector in the hub.

No. Each gamemode has its own progress, in-game currencies and ranks. The only thing shared across the whole network is your Coins balance.

Coins are UniversalMC's network-wide currency. They're bought on the Coin Store at 100 Coins per US$1, and you spend them in-game with /coinshop.

In-game, /store gives you a link back to the Coin Store.

First sign in on this website: join the server, run /link to get a one-time code, and enter it on the sign-in page. Then choose a Coin package on the Coin Store and complete checkout.

Coins are delivered automatically the next time you're online anywhere on the network after your payment is confirmed. If you were already online, they'll arrive shortly - you don't need to do anything.

Make sure you've joined the network on the account you bought for, and that your payment has been confirmed. If they're still missing, open a support ticket, choose “A Coin Store purchase” and include your order ID - it starts with UMC- and is listed on your account page.

No. Coins can't be traded or transferred between players, and they can't be exchanged for cash. Please don't buy or sell Coins - or anything else from the network - for real money outside the official store.

Every player starts as Member. Nova, Celestial and Universal can be bought with Coins through /coinshop, and each one includes the perks of the ranks below it. Run /ranks in-game to see exactly what each one gives you on that gamemode.

No. A rank applies only on the gamemode you buy it for - a Prisons rank and a Skyblock rank are separate purchases.

Visit the Vote page (or run /vote in-game), pick a site and vote with your exact Minecraft username. Each gamemode has its own rewards - on both, every vote earns you a Vote crate key and more.

Rewards only come from real votes that the voting site reports to our server - clicking a link or opening the page isn't enough. Check that you finished the site's vote form and spelled your username exactly, and remember most sites only let you vote once a day.

There are no website passwords. Join the server and run /link - you'll get a one-time code that works for 10 minutes. Enter it on the sign-in page to sign in as that Minecraft account. Never share the code with anyone.

Yes - run /discordlink <your Discord username> in-game.

Open a support ticket and pick “Reporting a player” or “A bug”. Include names, the gamemode, roughly when it happened, and any evidence you have.
